In my Tai-Chi Fitness classes, you'll focus on healing energy circulating through your body as you perform flowing movements that help your balance and relieves your stress. Plus, you will perform gentle exercises for overall fitness.

In my Pilates classes, you'll strengthen your core: back, abdominals, buttock etc. You’ll use 'fitness bands' for better muscle conditioning and do stretches for a lean look.

In my Dance Exercise classes you’ll learn fun Salsa moves for fat-burning and perform exercises for your total fitness.

Do you sometime feel you're on top of the world, and other times you feel like you have the world on your shoulders? Some days energy flows but some days your head is heavy, your feet are dragging and you wonder, "What happened?”

BODY ~ MIND ~ SPIRIT

  • Exercise: Aerobic exercise is necessary for life! The word "Aerobic" means, "With oxygen or in the presence of oxygen." You can start by walking, deep breathing or
    even singing and laughing. Singing or laughing puts you "in the presence of oxygen" while exercising the muscles of the face, abdomen and buttock. The aerobic response stimulates endorphins to flow through your body which makes you feel good too!
  • Be mindful: The mind governs your thoughts, perceptions, feelings, will, memory,
    and imagination. Be aware of your "self-talk". Do you put your life, yourself and
    others down or are you grateful for this awesome gift of life? Be thankful.

  • Pray: Pray while you exercise or practice deep breathing. Miracles happen all the time. Forgive yourself and others and surrender to the "Power" that is more powerful than the world. Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. - Matthew 7:7
